February 7, 2015 | As part of ROZARIO’s mission to give back, Managing Partner Rovin R. Rozario lent his expertise to the Southside United – Los Sures Citizen Workshop. Mr. Rozario joined forces with the staff at Southside United to help more than 30 immigrants apply for U.S citizenship. He helped them fill out applications, assemble documents and mail the applications, all free of charge.
February 2015 | Associate Amanda M. Brown volunteered with the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law section to provide legal advice for the Pro Bono Clinic at Dance/NYC’s 2015 Annual Symposium. At the symposium, Ms. Brown helped individuals and business owners form limited liability companies (LLCs), draft operating agreements and incorporate not-for-profit organizations. She also provided advice regarding trademark and branding strategies for new companies.
