In 2004, at the height of his litigation career at an established Manhattan law firm, Rovin R. Rozario decided to start his legal practice with the mission of providing excellent legal representation and developing a unique understanding of the business of each client.
As an idealistic young lawyer, and with one landlord-tenant case in hand, Mr. Rozario opened his first office in Flatbush, Brooklyn, in a 300 square foot space. Determined to treat each case like a Fortune 500 client, he zealously advocated on behalf of his client, and successfully obtained the desired result. To him, it felt like the biggest case he had ever worked on. Within a year, Mr. Rozario formed Rozario & Associates, P.C.
Since then, the firm has seen tremendous growth, both in size and in the diversity of cases. While our practice areas have increased, our mission and core values of representing clients with zeal and vigor have remained constant. Our clients motivate us to continue working hard and smart, and we have consistently grown with them.
In 2020, after seven years of dedication to the firm and as part of the firm’s continued commitment to diversity inclusion and the endorsement of the elevation of woman in law, Chief Operating Officer, Hiba Touma was named Partner. The firm effectively changed it’s name to ROZARIO TOUMA, P.C.
