Bolam Kim joined Rozario & Associates, P.C., in 2016 as an Associate Attorney. She is a member of the Real Estate, Labor and Employment and Corporate Litigation groups.
Ms. Kim counsels businesses and individuals on corporate and employment matters. She advises companies on where the potential risks lie and ensures that companies are brought into compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules. Ms. Kim has negotiated and closed on complicated real estate transactions involving the sale or purchase of real property in New York City totaling millions of dollars.
Prior to joining ROZARIO, Ms. Kim worked with low-income taxpayers at a Tax Clinic, and achieved favorable outcomes for them by negotiating a lower tax debt or repayment plan with the federal government.
