Kailee McMahon joined Rozario & Associates, P.C., in 2017 as an Associate Attorney in the real estate litigation and corporate law groups where she counsels businesses and individuals regarding real estate and corporate matters. Prior to joining ROZARIO, Ms. McMahon handled a wide array of corporate matters, including class actions, breach of contract and large mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she has experience with intellectual property matters and trademark litigation.
Ms. McMahon earned her Juris Doctor with an International Law Certificate and Technology and Law Certificate from Loyola University College of Law. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Casanueva in the Florida Second District Court of Appeal. In addition, she was a Commercialization Legal Extern at the New Orleans Bioinnovation Center, where she handled matters involving intellectual property law, business planning and life science start-ups.
Ms. McMahon served as the Philanthropy Chair for the Women in Law Society and was President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She was awarded the Law Excellence Award in Trademark Law.
Ms. McMahon is admitted to practice in New York State and Florida.
