Zarah Naqvi is an associate attorney at Rozario Touma, P.C., in the Real Estate Group.
Ms. Naqvi is well-versed in various areas of Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Litigation. Prior to joining Rozario Touma, P.C., Ms. Naqvi managed and led the Real Estate Transaction department at a boutique law firm, where she represented sellers and purchasers in the sale and purchase of commercial and multi-use properties, condominiums, cooperatives and residential properties.
Ms. Naqvi’s litigation experience includes representing businesses and individuals in New York State Supreme Court and New York City Civil Court, in matters involving real estate disputes, landlord-tenant proceedings and foreclosures.
Ms. Naqvi graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2016, where she focused much of her studies in Real Estate Law, earning a Certificate in Real Estate Law and served as Secretary of the Real Estate Law Society. In addition, Ms. Naqvi served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Ruben Franco of the New York City Civil Court, Bronx County.
