Hiba Touma

Hiba Touma is a Founding Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Rozario Touma, P.C.

Ms. Touma provides thought leadership in the firm’s marketing, business development and client outreach efforts. She is responsible for overseeing a number of the firm’s internal operations.

Ms. Touma chairs the real estate transactions, construction and litigation group. Ms. Touma focuses her practice on commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real-property, joint ventures and real estate financing. Ms. Touma also focuses on real estate litigation, with an emphasis on recapture and reversionary interests, governmental investigations and fraud litigation.

Ms. Touma is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Florida.
