Sarah A. Kais

Sarah A. Kais practices in the Firm’s Transactions and Litigation Groups. Sarah is a detail-oriented attorney with a strong foundation in intellectual property, family law, and commercial legal matters. At the Firm, Sarah draws on diverse experiences across private practice, corporate legal departments, and public service clinics to provide comprehensive support to clients navigating complex legal challenges.

Sarah earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where she obtained certificates in both Intellectual Property Law and Fashion Law. During law school, she externed at Tapestry, Inc., where she conducted trademark enforcement, brand protection, and data privacy research. She also served as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic, advocating for pro se litigants in custody and domestic violence matters.

Sarah has worked with boutique firms on family law, personal injury, probate, and real estate issues.

Fluent in Arabic and committed to client advocacy, Sarah brings an international perspective and a calm, client-centered approach to every matter she oversees.
