Jinyin Zhu

Jinyin Zhu practices in the Firm’s Litigation Group. Jinyin is a dedicated litigation attorney with a robust background in commercial, corporate, and intellectual property disputes. She brings to a track record of success in high-stakes litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jinyin served as an associate at a prominent New York law firm, where she represented clients in complex matters involving patent infringement, product liability, and contract disputes. She has significant experience managing litigation from inception to resolution, including, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, overseeing discovery, and negotiating favorable settlements.

Jinyin also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elspeth Cypher at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and has served in several legal internships, including, Greater Boston Legal Services and edX Inc.

Jinyin earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University. She is admitted to practice in New York and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

When she’s not advocating for clients, Jinyin enjoys filmmaking and exploring urban environments through photography.
