Sasha M. Mesquita Kaczor

Sasha Mesquita Kaczor practices in the Firm’s Transactions and Litigation Groups. Sasha is a globally trained attorney with experience in commercial litigation, contracts, corporate compliance, and bankruptcy. At the Firm, Sasha combines her international legal training and U.S. practice to support clients across a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Admitted to practice in both New York and Brazil, Sasha holds an LL.M. in International and U.S. Law from the University of Miami School of Law, along with a Master of Laws and Juris Doctor from Universidade Candido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro. Her diverse legal background includes working with U.S. and international clients on complex litigation and compliance projects, bankruptcy proceedings, and insurance-related matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Sasha worked as a legal consultant for a company, where she managed high-volume litigation support and bankruptcy compliance matters. Her prior experience also includes clerkships and litigation roles in both Brazil and the U.S., as well as, insurance contract management and eDiscovery projects.

Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Sasha brings a cross-cultural and collaborative approach to her practice. She is committed to excellence in drafting, litigation, legal research, client service, and efficient case management.
