Kenneth Willard is a Senior Counsel at Rozario Touma, P.C. Ken brings nearly 15 years of experience in representing clients—both individuals and institutional—in complex state and federal litigation across New York and New Jersey. Ken’s practice includes commercial and general litigation, ERISA and labor-related disputes, consumer protection, disability benefits litigation and regulatory compliance.

Ken practices in the firm’s litigation group with a focus on delivering strategic, results-driven representation of clients navigating complex disputes.

Ken is admitted in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, as well as, the District Court of New Jersey, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
