Zehui (Eliza) Zheng

Zehui (Eliza) Zheng is an Associate Attorney at Rozario Touma, P.C., where she represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, and cross-border matters. She brings strong international experience to the firm, with a background in complex commercial litigation in both the U.S. and China.

Prior to joining the firm, Eliza served as a Junior Associate in the Private Equity Department at Dentons LLP in Beijing, where she worked on high-stakes investment disputes, fraud investigations, enforcement actions, and U.S–China transactional matters. Eliza has experience preparing litigation strategies, drafting court submissions, conducting legal and factual investigations, and advising institutional clients on risk mitigation and compliance.

Eliza earned her LL.M. from Columbia Law School and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Peking University Law School and the Guanghua School of Management. She is admitted to practice in New York and China Mainland, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
